I've been quiet, but EdTech Marketing hasn't

5 months later, I'm writing about it again. What changed? Now, I have NO doubt it works.

I haven’t written here in a while, but I haven’t stopped measuring results.

Last year, I published EdTech Marketing Shifts 2025, and 520+ people downloaded it.

In that PDF, I laid out 5 changes I believed were reshaping how EdTech companies need to market to institutions.

Over the last 5 months, I kept pressure-testing those ideas…

…looking closely at real campaign work, and at moments where I fell back into the old playbook myself.

That’s what gave me more conviction, not less.

The shifts I wrote about were spot on. When I ignored them, I paid.

So I turned that thinking into a sharper 50-page 2026 playbook, which I’ll share next week.

And in my next email, I’ll tell you what going against my own advice proved.
